It made my daughter's gold medal for her writing that much more special- because she was the only one getting it.Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18302153713516643188noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5672757638257064450.post-71903505499946370702012-06-10T07:15:55.306-05:002012-06-10T07:15:55.306-05:00I can't stand all those graduations. It's no wonder that we have the most entitled generation ever right now.Liz Mayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13960276167677132860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5672757638257064450.post-26972240984802337292012-06-08T15:44:17.111-05:002012-06-08T15:44:17.111-05:00A guy at work the other day said he had to leave a...A guy at work the other day said he had to leave a few minutes early to go to his kids kindergarten graduation. Your post was my story as well. I was the kid that teachers never noticed...and I liked it that way. I did not do anything to stand out....except sing....and I did that at church. It is funny now when I look at myself and see a public speaker, professional singer....and I still do not like accolades. I actually get embarrassed when people applaud. Great post Mary....and I may use your topic as a spring board for one of my own if that is ok.STILLMAGNOLIAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07453175923858351452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5672757638257064450.post-53693831484124251642012-06-08T08:36:47.959-05:002012-06-08T08:36:47.959-05:00I do think we've become a "Reward Everyon...I do think we've become a "Reward Everyone" society.
