As most of you know, about 2 years ago I was able to complete my weight loss goal of 95lbs. I didn't have any trouble losing the first 40lbs with exercise, but I hit a road block and stayed @ 190 for quite awhile.
I had made a promise to my late-grandmother that I would attend her 90th birthday party...and I knew she wouldn't like the weight I was at, so I got motivated and joined The Biggest Loser Club online. I had watched the shows and signed up. After 2 months I was able to attend the birthday party 15lbs lighter...and Eric decided to join the club too! Over the next 8 months I was able to lose 40lbs and hit my target weight of 135.
Since losing the weight I always look forward to Tuesday night, as continued motivation, and to reflect on what I have accomplished.
I have really been struggling lately with school, and I love being able to watch a show that not only motivates me, but celebrates the success of everyday people making great choices and taking on the challenge of better health...and in most cases, a new life.
So, thank you Biggest Loser!! Rarely does it ever feel great to be a loser ;-)

Mary, that is awesome! I lost about 70 pounds about 5 years ago. I'm not brave enough to post my before pictures, though!
I got down to my goal size, but I could definitely still lose about 40 pounds. Meh.
Mary WOW! I could not get any excercise to work for me, and my diabetes went nuts, so I had a gastric bypass almost 3 years ago...but am still not the weight I want to be! I find excercise SO boring so I suck at it! You're amazing, you look SO good!
Kristina, when I finally got the weight off, someone asked to see my before picture...and mentioned that I was obese...so, after that, there isn't much someone can say to me that will hurt my feelings.
Wendy, I actually took up walking, then running. I can't stand treadmills b/c you aren't going anywhere. It is hard to find an exercise that you really enjoy! I like my route by my house b/c it's never the same dog that chases me twice ;-)...you now, variety!
I tried to join the biggest loser club and they rejected me. Of all the rudeness. No actually, evidently you can't do it if you're breast feeding. So, super frowny face for me.
Mary thats freaking awesome! I've lost 35lbs over the past year. and now I'm going for my last 10. i love the biggest loser :)
